Great view at the lighthouse. Track is steep and slippery when wet. Go only at low tide +- 3h otherwise you'll get wet feet
Great area! I wouldn't go to the end of the track anymore. Once you've got the steps behind you can turn around and leave out the steep, muddy part.
Beautiful walk but you have to go at low tide
Nice walk and nice view, but beware, people have had their belongings stolen just when we arrived ...
Lovely hike with good views. We enjoyed watching all the boats coming in later in the day from the lighthouse. We walked from Tutukaka Village, there is a track behind the marina toilet block that leads up to Landowners Lane. Good parking if you drive, the lane is sealed but narrow, with plenty of room to turn a camper at the end.
Nice walk great views at the end. Go at low tide or get wet.
Nothing special. The lighthouse is just a light. Rocky coastline view
Very nice beach to relax. Try and go at low tide and then you can hike to the lighthouse!
Very nice place! Inform about low tide and tide, otherwise you will not come to the lighthouse :)
Lots of broken glasses in the parking, and not in a single spot. Didn't feel safe so we quit without doing the walk :(
