Beautiful beach to walk along, take a jacket as can be windy! We didn’t see any wildlife (thankfully!), watch out for sea lions and keep a wide berth if you do

Road closed. Not suitable for vehicles the sign says. Looks very muddy.

It is also a really nice walk along the Aramoana Spit to the harbour entrance. Passed some sea lions on the way.

Beautiful beach with superfine white sand! Drive around harbour is slow but scenic. A great morning out of Dunedin if the sun is shining!

Awesome walking... We met 8 fur seals ... Simply magical

Penguins! There were about four different tracks headed out in the morning. We came back around sunset and saw them come ashore. To see them you must walk to the area with cliffs and hide/stay very, very still. If they spot you, they will sprint back into the ocean.

There only one access via a narrow road along the sea, only 50 allowed, partially you can take a maximum of Camper 30th Takes about 20 minutes, the plant at the time with a!

Beautiful beach! We saw 1 seal and some surfers :-)
