The zigzag track from Tulsa Park up ti Cannon Point is NOT closed.
A bit more exhausting. But in good weather you have a nice view.
Closed since December 20, 2017 to the public.
A well sign Posted trail for a walk maybe 1 hour quite steep. The zig-zag is best up to the trig station where theres a good view over Upper Hutt.
