Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and was really nice to have an air fryer in there too! Cabins had mould on the walls, we had to clean it all off with wet wipes, but once we did that it was better. Shower pressure in the womens was horrible, took 20 mins to wash my hair- but the mens apparently wasn’t bad. Owners were really nice, and the permanent residents are quiet and keep to themselves. Handy location close to Welly, and was well priced for small cabins.
Really enjoyed my stay here, eventhough it was short one. The owners are really helpful and welcoming. Great and clean showers, clean kitchen (I am coeliac so clean safe countertops are deal breaker for me). There is a dump station on site. Responded very fast and well to my questions and a suggestion. They really care about their guests. Kid friendly. Wifi worked well even during peak evening times.
Powered site. Good facilities such as showers and kitchen. Showers were hot and good pressure. You weren’t given an allocated slot so not ideal if you want to leave and come back. Lots of people live there full time which makes it feel quite odd. But positive experience. Has dump station too
Lovely stay here! :) Owners were super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t hear the road at all. $55 for 2 people, 1 night with charger . M+F Showers were clean and hot, with good pressure. Laundry was $4 a wash and they had dryers. We didn’t use them but seemed good condition. As campsite wasn’t full we were able to park where we wanted which was nice. Definitely recommend.
Great price, clean kitchen, and nice hot showers! Friendly reception, too! Highly recommend!

No allocated pitch number sort of a free for all so can’t guarantee if you leave to return later you may not get your original spot. Shower pressure weak. Only 2 washers for whole site which could be an issue in busier months. Good location for travelling to ferry.
Great little site hidden away not far from Kaitoke! The Wifi was good, the site facilities were clean, and the staff were very helpful!

Says it’s open until 8:30 but when we arrived at just past 8 the reception was locked.
Really good campsite, owner was really helpful and informative, no designated place but plenty of space despite it being a busy time, facilities were good, kitchen facilities available and shower and toilet were clean.
