Stayed here for 2 nights, really good campsite the plots were huge. Showers / toilets were ok with decent water pressure. The kitchen was the best we’ve come across during our time in New Zealand, large clean and all the amenities you can think of. WiFi was quick however park wasn’t hugely busy while we were there. Good location walking distance to Cooks Beach and Ferry Crossing to Whitianga. Also short drive to Hahei and Hot Water Beach.

Really good value ($35) for everything. Walking distance to the beach. Everything was really clean, there is a pool and a spa. Hot water in the showers. Nice and quiet at night time too

Ample space to park large campervan. Clean site good facilities at a reasonable price. Shops and beach close @ 10 mins walk .Free Wi fi .

Perfect, close to the beach, pleasant welcome! Very good facilities. Bring your own cooking equipment, despite the very modern infrastructure, pans and other utensils are not provided (or you can rent them at reception).

Prices start at $32 per person for unpowered site. Showers were a bit grubby.

Very impressed when we drove in, our first time in a campsite this size, with a swimming pool and a coffee kiosk! Kitchen facilities were big and spacious, had everything we needed and tables by the pool to enjoy your meal. Showers and toilets were fine, 2 hairdryers in the women’s bathroom which is a bonus. Not many mosquitoes compared to previous campsites. They also had spades for hire for $5 for hot water beach.

In and of itself a really nice modern campsite. Great cuisine. I can't say anything about the other facilities because they were closed (probably due to the low season?). There are combined showers/toilets, but very few. Unfortunately, after some people took a shower, the toilets were also flooded with water. The price was quite high for that.

Our stay at this campsite was great! There is a very clean and big kitchen with a dining room next to ist. The main toilettes were closed but the useable ones were clean and had showers. We payed 30$ p.p. 👍🏽
