Perfect overnight stay

Pay attention to the designation of parking spaces and signs. You can only park in 3 places, but two motorhomes can also fit one behind the other. Had a quiet and relaxing night and woke up in the morning with a view of the river.

Macksville has 4 RV or Campervan sites to choose from. The Ferry Road Lions park which is on the NORTH river bank is by far the best (not as shown on app southern town side opposite Rosie Cafe)… very RV friendly town

No barbecue as indicated on the app

We parked up for 1 night while travelling to work in Byron Bay. Quiet little spot next to public toilets. There are shops, and takeaways in the town. There are a few picnic benches around the PARKING area which attracted a few youths in the evening - which for two females was a bit daunting but all okay in the end! I think the town has had a few issues with campers so be kind and clean up! :)

We could not park for the night because the year campers must not exceed 6m ... By cons the place looked calm

Camping available for 4 cars (check the sign fro the correct spot) as there are more parking space avalieveble Toilets are there aswell and clean and nice morning view.
