Spent a couple of nights here and we were very happy campers. Road in can be a bit rough with corrugations but worth persisting through. Plenty of privacy and there was a drop toilet near where we camped in the area on the right side of the road in. Wasn't smelly or nasty like some can be. Very rustic but convenient for a quick visit. Great phone signal.

A fantastic free camp to stop for a while. 14kms from Gemtree. Pretty rough corrugated dirt road getting in but definitely worth it. Go and fossick. We met three wonderful folk from New Mexico who had all the gear and allowed us to join them. Amazing stars at night followed a beautiful sun set. BW????
