Lovely quiet free camp by the river. 7 day limit 😄 Toilets, Hot showers for $1. Walking distance to the beautiful little town of Baralaba which has a well stocked store and a great hotel.

Tranquil park with lots of space, shade, and view of water. Generous 7-day limit! Took a cold shower for free—hot ones are $1, if I remember right. Shockingly well stocked grocery store just up the road. Zero road noise, peaceful place.

Lovely campsite. Plenty of shade and even some grass considering the drought conditions in the area. Clean toilets and a coin operated shower. Right on the river. So peaceful.

Lovely spot, very quite reasonable facilities for a free camp. Yes there are mossies but you expect that when you are beside a river in Aus. We only stayed overnight but would do it again in a flash. It might be in the middle of nowhere but if your traveling this wonderful country of ours its a great spot to put your feet up and relax.

Great free camp. Easy to find and plenty of space. Shower and toilet, old but clean enough. There was even a swingset for our kids to have a little play on. Dusty road but we loved it! Dump point 2 mins away at the show ground.

In the middle of nowhere. Had to drive for miles and miles to get here. Campsite is eerily peaceful as nobody's around. Toilets and shower very basic, average clean. Rained when we came so river was murky and uninviting. No fishes caught either. Swarms and swarms of mosquitoes and sprinklings of flies and lots of leaf litter along with the bugs that comes with. Perfect if you want alone time and are very naturistic especially with birds screaming in the morning.
