Super campground behind the hotel. There is a large lawn with plenty of space. Without electricity, the place is free. There is a bathroom with cloth and water.

Great old hotel / pub. Can camp out back for free. They advertise powered sites for $20 but we didn’t try them. Train tracks across the street so you get a bit of that but we weren’t bothered. We went in after dinner for a beer. Super friendly. Lots of locals. Lots of character. After we saw the menu, wished we’d gone in for dinner. Breakfast only served on Sunday but menu looks good.

Great camping. No showers. Phone reception very average Telstra. Pub had a great vibe but the food was very below average. Disclaimed by that. Could’ve been a7/10. Going to give it 4/10.

Possibility to sleep in the meadow behind the hotel for free. In return, we had a beer (even more because the pitcher is only $10!) and a good pub atmosphere. We slept in a rooftop tent. Thank you for their welcome and their friendliness

We drove by spontaneously in the evening without a reservation. The owner was very friendly and let us sleep there for free because we didn't need electricity. There were no other campers there apart from us and it was very quiet. We can highly recommend it!!!

Turned up without a booking - stayed for free in the field out the back. Great bar inside, we had a fun time chatting to the locals and having a few drinks with them - they just need to get Baby Guinness on the menu 😉. Toilets were pleasant. We didn't use the shower facilities so can't comment on that aspect.

Great spot opposite the sugar cane fields for a stopover! Warm welcome and hot shower, $10 per night Arrive early because the showers close (around 6 p.m. max) I recommend 100%

We didn't sleep there because the owner asked 10$ each, shower including or 10$ a night for 2 of us but without using the shower. Previous comments mentionned 10$ per night per site including shower no matter number of people. 🤔

Very quiet place, $10 per night, access to the bathroom + kitchen, very friendly staff, free billiards and darts, I recommend this place!

$10 for the night but a great slice of Aussie culture and a good pool table and darts board. Great night
