Difficult access with the camper van cause unsealed road during 5km. Amazing stay by the lake. No shower, toilet are ok.
Open for “camping as usual”, got quite busy over the long weekend with groups partying and lotsa powered boats on the lake so not the quiet of spots if this is what you’re looking for;) Met many friendly campers and enjoyed the relatively clean facilities.
Pretty good spot
Wonderfull spot just next to the lake. Saw turtles and a bandicoot. No internet. Campfires allowed but byo firewood.
A lot of space, with firepits. Somebody, told us we cant use the firewood from there because its a national park. Bathroom ok. No fish at this time, a lot of wildlife
Love it here. No showers but if you bring a camp shower there is a tap on the side of the toilet block. BYO firewood. Great walking tracks. Not crowded. Massive campsites with fire pits.
Fabulous stay. Nice & quiet, very tranquil. Lots of wildlife, a little bandicoot hung around us all evening. Website to book a place wasn’t working though but a low cost area right by the water. The surrounding areas are beautiful and plenty to see and explore.
Good place. Damn bush turkey ate my banana. Book online as we couldn't easily find the self service kiosk.
Excellent place to spend a few days at the lake and around the rain forest. Bio toilets and fire places. BBQs available in the day time area.
