A wonderful place to spend two days. Many spots are occupied by holidaymakers staying longer.

This camp spot is amazing!! There’s spots overlooking the water but there mostly taken. Other than those there are lots of spaces. Amazing views of the beach and hills behind, with nice toilets too. It is quite busy so would recommend coming early.

Great spot by the beach. Beach side gets a cool breeze. Hybrid toilet, clean enough for a toilet that serves 20+ spots. Very busy though. Arrived at 1pm and got the last spot. Had previously tried cozy corner north and south and both were completely full. Really spotty reception. Not a bar of Telstra in the spot we got.

Beautiful free camping right on the beach. Amazing views of Bay of Fires. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Lots of spots on tge beach front. Bring your own toilet paper , water and fire wood. We loved it here, stayed 2 nights but could've stayed longer.

It is difficult to rate this site. It is a line in the beach. Pros: intimacy and access to the beach. Cons: toilet can be so far from your spot.

We got a great spot for our swag, felt safe, beautiful location. Toilets were perfect. Would recommend!

Great spot in front of the beach but extremely busy area. Lots of long term stayers (max 28 days) sprawling across. We were here for a night but it was difficult to find a spot. We had to seek permission to squeeze our motorhome between 2 caravans. Not ideal. If you can get a nice spot, it is a beautiful beach to stop by.

Great beach and campsite - so beautiful! but unfortunately people have set up trailers to reserve spots / huge camp areas so it is difficult to get a spot. Lots of people staring at you and not very friendly as we drove around looking for a spot (we even arrived pretty early at 12pm ish). Had to move once as people playing music very loudly to annoy us, then got told we weren’t welcome in another spot as we were blocking the view. Lovely beach though!
