Didn't get in there, Google took us on rough terrain territory, I was looking forward to going in there, will try another place, google maps really need to lift there game !!
Nice place. Very quiet and wild. Gravel roads!!!
Found a black color note book (A5 journal) with a blue color pen in it along the road side not far from this campsite. I put it at the campsite signs area. If you are the owner and happen to see this comment hope you can get it back :) (my number 0490972329 if you not sure the location of it)
Signage has improved. Great spot except I was unluckily to have the housos next to me. A 3 day stay became 1.
Don’t trust google maps, follow the signs, super quiet camp site but can get crazy busy at a moments notice, right next to the river, probably one of the most still rivers I’ve seen in my life (that’s a good thing), Bring Toilet paper with you.
Nice campsite right next to the river. There is quite alot of dirt road on the way in which is ok in a 2wd if you are careful, drive slow and the weather is dry (we did it in a hyuandai i20). Google maps does try and take you down one inaccessible road but if you keep driving past it maps will take you down a different road that is driveable. Basic drop toilets - bring your own toilet paper.
Beautiful spot, quiet and right on the river. Only has drop toilets but clean. Shame we didn't catch any fish.
Lovely peaceful place to camp. Facilities are well maintained for such an off the grid camp area. Will definitely be coming back.
Could not find this place, how do you get there as the Skylink Rd is a full on 4x4 track & the other Trout Rd seemed the same. Pity was looking forward to this spot by the river.
