Nice place to stay for a night, we had been alone there. lake dry at this time, no toilets, no bins, heaps of flies.

Very good free spot when you need a stop on the Great Northern Highway. It’s not that easy to find as it doesn’t have a sign. There is a dirt road around 400 meter from the parking bay where you can enter. From there you will drive next to the lake where you can park (it shows a sign that you can free camp for 48H)

Beautiful spot to stop and camp. Good for an overnight or stay for a couple of days. Sign says 48 hour max stay. Nice walk around the lake, sunset is amazing. Need to be self contained if staying more than one night as there are no facilities.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Karijini. What a spot!!! Sunset is unbelievable. Our dog enjoyed swimming in the lake. Beautiful spot

Nice spot to start. We stayed one night. Flies are friendly. Hardly any water in the lake. Apart from very nice and secluded.
