Excellent spot! The area is large with plenty of space. We came over New Year and the place wasn’t busy. Flushing toilets and non potable water but the camp kitchen was locked. The lake is lovely for a swim and it keeps the kids busy all day. We had 1 bar of reception with Telstra

Great place for a camp. Flat sites, flushing toilets, barking dogs to make you feel at home 😂, awesome swimming lake. Thanks so much for your hospitality at such a beautiful place. I’ve already returned once so I’m sure I’ll be back. Again, thank you.

Place has been ruined by probably the barkiest dog in existence on one of the nearby farms. Non stop barking all night now. Also, don't use a generator after dark when there are other people around, it's incredibly rude.

No camping and cooking fire from 1/10-30/04

peaceful , clean, and the female toilet still leaks. the magpies are too friendly now, which is a shame. no one on the lake. only another family camped up. great spot to do nothing for a few days or a over night stop. no dogs allowed

This place is amazing. Peaceful with all sorts of unique bird calls through the day and night. Heaps of space to set up. A couple people came during my stay to place a few nice concrete fire pits for winter but there are also hand made pits dotted around. Only had two other groups over my three nights there but still had plenty of privacy. Highly recommend the slight detour

Dogs not allowed, otherwise fantastic location for one nigh or few.

Amazing camping spot. Beautiful, quiet, lake view, toilets, fire pits, trees etc. Everything you need for a great stay. Would always come back and definitely recommend it to others.

What a beautiful spot to stay for the night we had some very friendly magpies when we arrived and they were back in the morning, the mosquitoes were bad in the late afternoon and early morning but the stay was worth it, just remember the insect repellent. Great spot.
