Gorgeous beach, seals and shellfish abound. There are guides posted at the parking lot for fishing/harvesting shellfish, and the beach is huge and quiet and lovely. It's a trek to get there, but well worth the drive on a sunny day.

Nice beach with few people

Hmm who seeks solitude here is in good weather out of place. There are several houses in the nothing there is always something going on at the beach. There are directly toilets there and great for surfers as the waves come in second-rate. But since you know that this is always a strong wind! (East coast just) otherwise a very beautiful beach. The ride down or back up is not too easy for big and old cars as it only leads steeply up !!

Nice beach. Beautiful rocky scenery.

Probably great in fine weather.

The detour is worth it just because of this road. But the beach is fantastic, too. Almost empty, but lots of mussels (also paua). And I met a little booby which I was able to approach up to one metre close.

It's definitely worth it! Fantastic beach and only a few visitors.
