Beautiful place. Approx 15 spots that we counted scattered around area. Toilets are standard with water in bottom so not drop box. Very peaceful place. $10 honour box which is well worth it. Only 2 others here . Still have internet access.

Great spot :) - toilet block, running water & phone signal (spark) Very quite only 2 campers Right on the river - good for a swim $10 honesty box to pay. No one came to check that night though.

We stopped off here on our way from Christchurch to Marlborough arriving around 7pm. It’s a very basic camp without good views. A number of spots available under the trees. Nothing special but no issues with the place.

Lovely campsite. Very quiet even in the middle of summer. Nice spot to swim in the river. Toilets avarage but can't complain for $10, running water available.

Came here for 1 night. Just about found a level place. People generally nice and functional toilets. However found a group of young people in tents very loud all day and night which meant it wasn’t as peaceful as it could be. Hard to access the sea, but easy for the river. Totally self contained, so leave no trace behind….limited phone signal $10 per night.

Simple, basic place on a riverbed. There are toilets and a water connection. Payment based on trust. $10 per seat, which is completely legitimate. There is cell phone reception, maybe someone had the wrong provider :)

It's a nice spot by the river. There were 2 long term campers there when we rolled up. We didn't end up staying because I had no service and I needed it that night. My boyfriend had a couple bars though. There was no one else camped there around 5pm. Lots of space. I would definitely stay there if I didn't need cell service.

Level sites with flush toilets. Two other vehicles here. Nicely sheltered from the wind. Payment by honesty box.

Beautiful place a local elderly man was very helpful in sharing where we can fish, myself and my husband cleaned the toilets which we didn't mind to do. The other campers were awesome. Good easy directions to find .
