Cold shower, $1 for a hot one. Kitchen is outside, in poor condition. Office is in the liquor store. Aside from that, average, $40 unpowered site. Signal solid.

Would definitely NOT advise staying here. Totally unsuitable for families. Only 2 dirty cold shared unisex showers and toilets. We were only campervan holiday makers there, others were tatty old permanent caravans. Unwelcoming reception and disorganised. We ve travelled for 2 weeks in our campervan, stayed in a variety of places and wasn't going to rate or comment but felt we had to here.

Very basic. Pretty disorganised. Toilet door (there is only one) lock was broken. Booked one night, that was too long and left early. Our first motorhome stop in New Zealand, here is hoping the only way is up!

I don't want to leave! I've been here for four nights, and everyone is so friendly, both other campers and the staff. The staff is very responsive to any question or request, and the food has been stellar. I highly recommend the chicken filo!

We stayed one night in our campervan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a warm welcome from the owner who helped to find us a slot for our van. Showers were hot and free: toilets clean and there was a small kitchen available for all to use. One downside - the kitchen sink appeared to be blocked but that didn’t detract from our stay. We paid $50 for 2 people no power for one night. Beer and food in the pub decently priced

1 overnight unpowered tent site, nice and soft grass, might look a bit rough as you drive in, but campsite has all amenities and bathrooms were clean, good price as well

Nice place very quiet, good vibes, beautifull view and 15 min walk from beach and 10 min drive to Napier, shower is 1$ for 5 min lot of pression but not veryclean, kitchen well equiped with oven fridge microwave and hotplaces but not very clean neither. Nice for campers :)

Modern facilities and very friendly staff. I wish dining area be bigger.

4/10 - overpriced , everything costs (wifi and shower) and the food is expensive for what you get. I got a single cabin and it was tiny, room & sheets were damp and all round not good service.

Based on previous reviews we stayed here one night. Shower pressure was pathetic. Put it this way, don't put conditioner in your hair, the water pressure isn't enough to wash it out! It's overpriced.
