Nice forest walk (not really sightseeing track tho), but avoid visiting after rain. It gets really muddy, and is generally a nightmare to get down from the hill.

We walked this 30 min loop track, partly on the old railway line and then up through forest. A little damp and in need of maintenance but a good place to take a break from driving as it’s not far off SH1. Enough room to easily turn around and park our 6m camper on the right hand side near a farm gate (driving up), track starts on left at sign. No one else there today.
