My favourite campsite so far. Camped twice and both times no one else was there. Very quiet and peaceful, $2 coin for hot shower. Ended up leaving a tip =)

Amazing place! Just $10 for a night. I stayed for two nights. There’s a jog, power points and even has WiFi! Toilet is very clean, $2 for hot shower. Really appreciate for this place, very helpful for me as I have non self-contained car.
Awesome stop if you’re in the area! We camped at Vinegar Hill and Mangaweka(the free spot by the river) and came through to the Rangiwahia Reserve walk which was an awesome tramp with our two boys. This is the perfect stop to empty the cassette and let the kids play on the playground. Didn’t see the showers but the toilets were very clean and whole site looked like a good spot if you needed somewhere to park.
Very nice spot in a small village. We met the manager of the site and there were very nice😊. Went to the Gloworm Cave, it was just amazing. Toilets are very clean and shower for 2$ worked fine. WiFi worked great. Cellphone coverage is bad.
Fantastic spot - flat sunny and facilities clean and tidy. $2 shower is brilliant and there are some great walks 2 min south at the reserve. Highly recommended.
Very nice spot to stay! Electricity, hot shower (take 2 dollars coins with you), clean toilet, wifi!
Came out of a tramp and went there for a fantastic hot shower which was clean and sooo good. $2 coin required. Big well done to the community
Amazing place to camp. The shower was clean and the warm water and wifi was greatly appreciated. There is a cute playground and a gorgeous view of the hillside and sunset. If you are confused about entry it is the the left of of the hall and white monument. Locals are very friendly helpful.
