Good place for a quick stop because it is close to the road. The water in the waterfall was quite dirty.

Absolutely worth a visit! The water is beautiful and standing right where parts of LOTR were made, is just cool. It was raining and cold but we still thought it was worth it.

Just great even in the rain

One of the most beautiful waterfalls I could see in Nz. It is not big but the place and the location is magical, beautiful! I love LOTR too and if you are fans you will find the location of Gollum. The walk to arrive is not long (5-10min) but the result is a beauty without name!
