It is really the beautiful place and perfect choice for sunset and sunrise. The cleaning and limpid water, peaceful home for ground- nesting birds

Gross! It’s a wastewater treatment plant. Smells terrible.

Pebble n rock beach with deep water. To the right is the Horoirangi Marine Reserve. To the left is the boulder bank. There are seats and a walkway. Back down the road a childrens playground caters for younger kids.. And there are loos, grassy banks to picnic on, and a short wetlands walkway. Its a very pleasant spot.

Near a sewage processing plant, the smell not so great...

Nice beach but no possibility to put your towel because they are pebbles .. Also very close to a sewage plant

Take boulder bank dr and drive to the end of it. Nice place to take a swimm. We even saw jumping dolphins!
