NZD22 per person for non powered site Everything is good. Only thing is the toile needed 2 dollar (5min) for shower. The water is strong and hot for me, once the machine is running, cant adj also😫.

At the time I was in Alexander I stayed here in my van.. good location just minutes from the heart of the township.. hosts were fine.. no problems with noisey people.. was popular with overseas visitors so met lots of new people.. goodtimes👍 pool is bonus in summer.. hope to be back again.. up in North Island as I write this.. happy roadtrips all.

Don’t sleep on tent on grass, especially the left part, the locals come here for party!!! no matter when, in the morning, at late night 0:00, and 5am, play music loud, talk and yell, they don’t care people nearby at all!! you can’t sleep.

23:00，environment is good, but your neighbors near you still laughing so loudly, and play music so loudly, soooo bad…

Paid fee pp. + 2$ for shower. Kitchen and bbq is good.

Found communication while booking really average and took days to get back/ not at all. Facilities are a bit tired but do the job and were clean. Pretty affordable campsite which was great as wouldnt have wanted to have paid more

Not sure what all the grizzles are about. Plenty of sites, showers work fine, close to town. Happy to come back again ?

Would not recommend this campsite. In an industrial area with lots of long term stayers. Pool empty. Showers clean but very very old with half wall between toilets in men’s bathroom. We did the biking trail from Alexandra which I highly recommended.

Nice kitchen, plenty of bbqs outside. Clean swimming pool. Plenty of space but little bit crowdy over weekend.
