Go to the Harington gun emplacement at the end of the peninsula (search on Google) much more fun and more to see ?

Not much to see except the view. The site still under work so you can only see one remains.

Historically of interest. Great sea views from a fairly high vantage point. There are better lookouts and more interesting spots in the area. Looks as if they’re doing some restoration work but the graffiti artists have been at work!
