Even in winter, this was quite full when we arrived at 5pm. Quirky place….all very quiet, but a few people who obviously come here a lot. Clean long drop toilets, potable water available, and right on a lovely beach. Definitely grew on us…and Jenny, the host, who collects the fee when you arrive was charming.
Only about four true beachfront spots — the rest is more “near-ish the sea.” Come early. It fills up fast, and some campers guard their ocean view like it’s private property (we were politely moved along by a senior gatekeeper… and were quietly pleased when someone else parked there later). Clean long-drops, water refill available, no dump station. Very full, very social, very scenic. Lovely owners though. 7.5/10 beachfront diplomacy. 🌊🚐
Small and pretty. Beach just in front of the campsite. Much grass for tent Lovely staff No shower or wifi.
Beautiful small campsite by the ocean with a great atmosphere. No fancy facilities, but the toilets were clean, there was fresh water and a (really) cold shower. We loved staying there!
It is the best campsite where we stayed, just in front of the sea. Pretty small, there is no wi-fi, the toilets are latrines, but well maintained. The shower has just cold water. Silent spot with the waves and the wind as background noise. The woman is very nice and kind, she lives there and came to all the people for a chat and for the payment (only cash). If you are looking for a stunning location, come here. If you are looking for facilities, go further.
What a great found! Really lovely campsite with a little library and outside bath with a view! Loads of space, loads of tables, sinks to wash dishes, right next to the beach.
It's doable. It was a bit pricey for what you get. There are pit toilets and water, but no shower or internet/Wi-Fi. Just one pitch, but with a great view of the sea.
Jenny (the caretaker) was great, very lovely lady who was extremely welcoming and we had an amazing evening at the beach! The camping sites facing the water had a nice view, toilets were clean and there were even facilities to wash the dishes. Would recommend!
Loved this spot! Such a quirky fun feel. Clean toilets, fresh water and a mirror, even a little library. The beach access is right there, gorgeous ocean views. Would stay again for sure.
It's at a nice Location, but I'd say it's a bit too expensive for what you get. No flush toilets, no hot showers, no wifi, no kitchen. Just some space to park your car and 2 stinky toilets. But it was okay for 1 night. The sunrise was nice to watch and the lady was friendly.
