A nice and pleasant walk, we saw dozens of seals lounging on the rocks.

Very nice walk, especially in nice weather. Corresponding sign says that the season is between May and August, unlike in the description. But jz also saw some seals in October. It's worth it anyway!

Beautiful walk along the sea, even the South Island can be seen. Even in summer, the seals are there, not so many, but at least 8 pieces we have seen today.

Very nice walk, count 2.5h A / R minimum, including 20min to enjoy the seals (we saw several fortnights on the pebbles, rocks, swimming etc ..) The trail is mainly flat, we see the first seals Around the Devils Gate, a steep path between rocks, after passing the huts on the beach.

We saw around 50-60 seals, but we were here during winter and low tide. May be the best time. Also they blend into the rocks really well so keep your eyes peeled!
