Beautiful grassy area with loads of room to park up and have a picnic, in the sun or under the shade of the pohutukawa trees. Awesome at high tide for a beautiful view of the bay. Nice and shallow for the young ones to safely play in the water with the family Low tide the water goes WAY out, but it’s still great for the kids to play as there is water puddles and loads of room to run around :)
