Great wide, long beach. Adjacent NZMCA and public campervan park spots. Vault toilet. Strangely and culturally insensitively a good picnic table area is right in front of the toilet so no- one was using it when we stayed there. Maybe Westport District Council could put a screen between the 2 areas.

Beautiful, I crowded beach. Great for skim and body boarding (can’t speak to surfing).

Lovely and quiet beach next to free campsite with toilet and sink to wash your hand. Beautiful views to surrounding mountains.
