A must stop if you're near. Seals are present year round. Only a short scenic walk from the car park to the colony
Absolutely amazing ! At first we didn’t see any seals but then we noticed that the logs were moving and were actually seals ! We spent half an hour watching them play together, in the water and with their pups. We went there around 8pm and by rainy day
Great walk, saw many seals and birds. Also admire the conservation efforts taken by the locals here! Sad to see people letting their dogs run around when there’s signs everywhere clearly showing how devastating this is to the native wildlife.
Wrong location coordinates, Tauranga Bay is on the other side.
Sweet as walk! Nice easy walk littered with topical information boards on the area. Playful little seals !
Lost a black contour action cam with head strap here today unlikely event anyone finds it would be greatly appreciated samgnicholls@googlemail. Com
The seals had babies and it's so much fun watching the little ones waddling around. A must see
Cute, but take a pair of binoculars or cameras with a large lens.

Very pleasant stroll along the coast. It's really cool to see the seals. We can extend the ride to the lighthouse even if it's not impressive it's a nice ride along the coast.
