Big area, about 10-15 other campers stayed here while we did but still had loads of room when we rocked up at about 6pm. Lake is awesome and views are nice. Toilets here. Little road noise. Loads of mozzies at night tho so bring spray. A lovely, chill spot for the night.
Great spot for a night! Quiet and spacious. Note that there is no drinking water. Easy access
It was a very bad experience; we were threatened with an axe and told not to stay overnight. Almost everyone was a permanent camper, and the toilets were dirty.
Picnic tables have been taken over by people who seem to be living/staying here long term. There are 3 picnic tables and each one taken over. Bins were overflowing as are the portable toilets and they stink. The main toilets are obviously having work done as fenced off. On the plus side, beautiful sunset.
Very big place, just be careful to not drive in the lake if you come at night.
Beautiful spot with lots of wildlife, unfortunately woken up a few times by people scoping camp sites.
Always free, very quiet on the edge of a lake. Watch out for mosquitoes! Dry toilets (eco-toilet), picnic table and 1 barbecue.
Great place! We stayed there for two nights, the campsite is big and near a lake, very relaxing, no noise at night. Clean toilets.
What a lovely place a little bit of road noise but not during the night plenty of room stayed there a week ago just overnight
Free camp at the top for our night. Large space to sit without being too close to each other. Beautiful view of the lake!
