Good spot to stop on the way to Adelaide. Has a toilet (bring your own paper though) and BBQs. Make sure you've got your own water. Its a mostly level grassy field and the lake is swimmable. In walking distance to the shop in town, but next to a train track so can get noisy
Great little overnight stop, flat grassy area, behind silo’s, well maintained. Single toilet. BBQ area. Lake swimable in summer. Donation options on signage.
Lovely area for a young family. Some grass mixed with some sand. Toilets are clean although keep your eyes open for the friendly neighbourhood spiders. Cold shower near the lake (at the back of the building). Camping area surface a little uneven. Very short walk to town which includes a fully fenced playground/park and public toilets. Overall, a really pleasant stay for a couple of nights. Worth stopping in.
Clean and peaceful free spot close to the lake with a few facilities like BBQ, tables, toilets, and water. We arrived here at 8pm and still found a place for the night. Unfortunately, the camping spot is very close to the railway and we were bothered by the noise of freight trains throughout the night.
Great free camping spot, with toilet and sink next to the shed by the lake. There are some trees providing shade. Optional donations to the Tintinara action club who maintain toilets clean.
Excellent spot. The best free camping site I've seen in SA so far. Unfortunately very sandy which was a struggle with tent, but this is in summer.
Plenty of space for all types of rigs need your own toilet paper peaceful overnighter. Walking tracks around lake.
Great spot, lots of trees, toilets, flat spots. Shelterd barbecue and tables
A beautiful place accessible for all types of vehicles very safe to spend the night
Beautiful place!!! Quite spacious and clean, good cell phone reception too. Perfect for a caravan. The lake is wonderful.
