Nice camp ground, very busy throughout the day with day trippers but once it got closer to the evening I was the only one there, good spot to get out in nature!
Nice camp ground at the top of the parking lot, with bbq and toilets. The canyon lookout is also highly worth visiting. Wasn't too busy anf no Optus signal
Great campsite we stayed only one night with our rooftent. Although it was very windy we did not feel anything. Very clean toilet, trash cans available. You can go downstairs or there is room upstairs. Thank you for leaving this place clean !!!
The campground is on a slope but there are flat places, grassy so good for tents. Good toilets but no light at night inside. No service or internet. Lots of wildlife, saw wrens, Kookaburras and Pademelons. It was very very cold. Beautiful spot.
Nice and quiet little corner. Correct toilets, “rain water” tap if necessary. Pleasant kitchen area, possibility of cooking over a wood fire. Presence of garbage cans. ⚠️ no showers, no electricity and no telephone network
Lovely spot with: - Toilets - Water - Picnics table - Cooking area -------- - It can be difficult to find a spot for a tent because the area is on a hill. - It's not really clear to uderstand where you are allow to camp or not - A lot of insects.
Beautiful spot to camp, was really quiet when we went there. A loooot of animals around so be very careful on the roads!
A beautiful spot to camp with a tent. There is slope, however, there are areas further below which are flat. Toilets are immaculate and clean with taps, even a disabled toilet. There is a kitchen area in which you can burn wood and made a fire. There are also fire pits scattered around the place to do the same. Tap near the kitchen which has water flowing from nearby catchment. Does not get windy and the days are beautiful and sunny. Night time, be prepared to rug up as it gets cold!
Maps led us down a gravel road and we got to a gate but the road to Leven Canyon was closed
Amazing campsite in the middle of the forest, right at the trailhead to Leven Canyon. There are about 15 campsites for all kinds of vehicles, can be a challenge to find a spot for a tent though. Flush toilets with sinks, sheltered fireplace with fire wood and tables. Several walks around, e.g. One of the Great Short Walks. But can be cold at night so bring warm clothes;)
