Peaceful area with a beautiful view of the lake, picnic tables and barbecue. Only one toilet available and not very clean, even a little creepy, no water point.

We were the only ones there in very cold wet windy weather. Lovely spot, we would like to come again in better weather!

Another great camping spot. The area is flat with some trees. The lake did have blue green algae but we had no intention of going swimming. There are a number of tables and fire pits. There is a drop toilet, and unless you park next to it you won’t smell it. It’s off the highway and there is no traffic noise. If you like walking you will love the trail around the lake. We will be back. P&M

Fantastic camping spot. Grateful for the provision of the drop toilets. Ignore previous comments about smell - they are DROP TOILETS! Of course there is an odor but the alternative of having no toilets…. Mosquitoes were quite profuse when we were there, but a can of insect spray sorted that out. However we were in a caravan so may be an issue if you’re in swags or tents??? Overall, great spot to camp overnight, many thanks to Lake Bolac, we’ll be back.

Large flat area, suitable for campervans and tents. Toilets and two allocated fireplace areas. Pretty nice area view/camping area and all, but because it’s close to a lake be prepared to see quite a few mosquitoes

Very nice spot! Great views over the lake! Lots of grass! The drop toilet is stinking too much though.
