Beautiful spot it has everything great for your pets walking trails plenty of room we were only ones there had to pack up and go a very suspicious male walking around standing behind trees walking in n out of toilets just got bad vibes about him
Great free camp, we are the only one there as winter, did saw the rus running around. Kids are very excited.
Really nice campsite, lovely clean bbq, clean toilets with disabled toilet, can get a good run around the track which is 1km long. Running tank water for washing. There is a mineral spring that says should be safe but won’t guarantee however tastes like fizzy soil. No Vodafone phone signal anywhere at this site. But lovely site! Stayed two nights only ten mins to Daylesford.
Also lots of kangaroos !
Beautiful site can’t believe it’s free! A must stay if in the area. Don’t go to the other site icon as it’s the same place just a little out the way (not a favoured out the way). The Roos come out and are very chilled and happy to eat around you. Safe good ground and wasn’t very busy (which is very surprising) No signal apart from SOS but signal isn’t really needed for a place like this!
Good flat areas for tents. A lot of horse and roo poo around but not too bad. Well maintained flushing toilets. Quiet and safe. Would stop here again. Only 10 mins drive out of Daylesford and free! Lots of space and bbq pits if you need.
Water is nice to drink. It is better than the mineral drink bottle in the shop
Very quiet and peaceful! Facilities as expected. Cannot camp, etc over New years due to celebrations at the grounds
Great area through the week but weekends could be busier
Great spot and u can fill up on water.
