Lovely park but the roosters start early! Felt safe here.
Great parking with plenty of spots. Arrive early, because it gets filled quickly and is very popular. The police come to check that you respect the maximum allowed time, so don’t try to cheat: they take pictures of the vehicles each day. Restrooms are available about a 3 minute walk away.
The parking was already full at 17:30 .. the toilets are clean and right next door
Very decent place, and very safe as well to stay. Haha even though it only says 10 cars limit, not gonna lie, i counted 34 vans yesterday, most of them parked on the rest of the parking lot. So you have to be quick if you want a legal spot atleast as there is only 10 marked ones, but big, so people park 2 cars on them. Park is closed at night, so very safe.
Nice Camping Place for a night next to the City. I’ve stayed as a solo female backpacker and felt very safe. Toilets are fine but close at 10pm. It has a nice park in front of you. Also birds and chicken are there.
A nice spot for spending one night close to the city. It says max 10 cars but last night there were 15 at least, and some others outside the designated area, and no one has come to fine them. It’s next to a big field that you can take a walk in, and its filled with ducks, chickens and roosters. There are bathrooms really close (not the leisure centre ones) and they are ok. The only thing its that the parking fills up quickly, we got here around 15-16 and it was almost full. Would recommend.
Great spot, especially fresh out of the airport. Super peaceful, toilets and dishwasher station are clean, but closed during the night. We arrived at around 8pm, the 9th van to park. Sign says 10 per night, but more showed up later and left earlier. Lots of beautiful birds and an area for walking.
ATTENTION! They have changed the rules. You are allowed to stay just ONE NIGHT in a two week period. Also have to vacate by 9 am (we had rangers — nicely — sending us out). Toilets closed around 10 pm. But everything else was fine :)
Toilets seemed to be open all night, working water fountain, next to a sport centre for showers. We arrived on a Friday at 5pm and the car park was FULL within half an hour of people bringing their kids to play rugby. Not an issue as they were all gone by 8pm but hard for other campers arriving to find a spot between those times. Car park lights were white bright. But overall a quiet nights sleep with no issues.
The campsite itself is nothing special. Just a parking lot. Toilets are available. Unfortunately, there were other campers who were loud and played music until late into the night and left their food scraps in the parking lot (typical French). Also, there are roosters roaming around that wake you up early in the morning.
