One of the most beautiful campsites (our 7th in New Zealand). The welcome was very friendly, the location fantastic, direct access to the sea, the general facilities very clean, and the toilets and showers were absolutely original, stylish, and practical. Many different leisure activities are included at no extra charge. Highly recommended! 😊

The best camping where we stay! Accommodations are perfect, a lot of activities are available! The staff is really great!!! I recommend it of course!!!!!

Best showers (Balanese bathroom) of the trip so far. Great view of the ocean from our site, friendly and helpful hosts. Was a little hard to find with the GPS so we followed the sign on the highway and had no problem.

Lovely spot on the beach so lulled to sleep by the waves. Laundry brill, newly installed washers and dryers with card payment. Facilities clean.

Nice campsite. The common areas are very clean. Be careful, however, there are no dishes in the kitchen, you must bring your own. Unless you don't need much, ask the staff and they will lend you some. Welcoming and very friendly staff. Fairly quiet during the low season. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Best campingsite in New Zealand until now. Clean toilets, clean showers, large kitchen, large sites, fast unlimited wifi and a great view. Tip: reserve a powered campersite next to the beach. There are also nice walks and a cycletrail along the coast. Book early!

Can’t agree more. Excellent place, direkt at a quiet beach. Facilities are all new and individually designed. Big kitchen, nice eating area. The lady at the reception is extremely friendly and loves what she does.
