Nice people there. Small but good. Really good view into the bay. It can get a bit louder in the evening cause of the pup but it's not too bad.

A quiet place to stay. We paid $25 per person. There is a kitchen, a hot shower, and two clean toilet blocks. You need to pay at the pub upon arrival, the staff were very friendly. We stayed in the parking area because the grassy campsite was too soggy. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunset during our stay.

Nice place cost $25 per night for power site for my dog and myself. Right by boat ramp, bar ,restaurant , shop, and gas station. Bar and shop not dog friendly. Can be a bit of noise in morning with the boaties

Probably good to know that the campspot costs 25$ and not 15$ like campermate says. However it was very quiet & beautiful and the showers have plenty of hot water!

It went to $/person for a “low coast” campsite + Wifi is paid, and it’s not specified.. Nice place, bar nearby, and kitchen available? But there is only one shower.. And not much space to plug in your van.

Very pleasant place. The footprints are on a grass area next to the hotel, access to showers and kitchen. Very warm welcome, good atmosphere at the bar. Prices have gone up a bit but not too much.

One of the only winter options near East Cape. I was charged $20 in early September just to park my camper in their parking lot (public restrooms right next door). Parking near the lodge pub, so quite noisy (music, people talking loudly) until around 11 p.m.

Only place open on this coast. Great little spot with plenty of fishing boats in and out which is fascinating. Facilities clean and the fish and chips are the best. Great for a night passing through unless fishing and have a boat.

Small campsite behind the lodge, right on the water. One of the few open along the coast at the moment but still had plenty of space. Public toilets conveniently next to the camping area, and there are also private toilet / shower (hot water) / kitchen facilities for campers. Everything was clean and tidy, and staff were super friendly. They also have a pub, a bottle store and a general store.
