Very impressive and atmospheric, definitely worth a stop. Take the time to read the information at the beginning that has been produced by Ngāi Tahu to learn about the site’s significance and enjoy it respectfully, unfortunately not everyone we saw was doing so.

Pretty cool rock formations! We strolled around the track and it took us 30 minutes. If you wanted to explore the rocks more you could no doubt stay longer.

Came here before for only an hour, second time stayed for over 2 hours! Super cool to walk around, walk up the hill on the left and you get amazing views of the rock formations below

Great place to stop by, if it’s Sunny make sure you wear sunscreen, as there isn’t much shade.

Super cool place to stop. Only spent an hour or so here but easily would wander around for half a day. I thought it was gonna be some big rocks and that’s it but it was better than that. Definitely recommend. There’s was a little pond/lake that some kids and their parents were splashing around in, definitely a good idea when it’s really hot!

Had a wonderful time here! The place is massive and really interesting! It was busy but never once did I feel crowded because everyone is walking around doing there own thing. Saw a small pond about knee deep some kids were splashing in if you want to cool off. Make sure to stop here

Really cool stop off. The rocks are awesome and the view was made even better by snow on the mountains from the night before
