In low season the beach is totally empty. We came after a storm so there were a lot of trees on the beach. But with the wind it looked awesome as sand stuck in the trees to make small dunes. Very nice spot to look at the sunset!

Nice quiet and clean beach which you can drive your car on and watch the sunset. Very beautiful

Your beach is full of dog mess which people are burying with sand and just say they dont have a bag. They were carrying a small child. I winder if they will let it play on that beach. Not for me thank you. Bye Foxton. Marilyn L

Beautiful beach. Every day a lot of things are washed up here: tree trunks, shells, walnuts and garbage. For a New Zealand beach here is a frightening amount of plastic. Please take some time, even if it is only 5 minutes to pick up some garbage. You will have a whole bag full in a short time. There are some trashcans at the parking lot, so you can empty them. So you contribute to it simply that less fish and birds die through the plastic

Nice beach that is allowed to drive with cars! Lifeguards, outdoor shower and toilets :) (beach is quiet, not too busy)
