Worked and lived on the campground. Everything got cleaned and ist quite cozy there with the fire on. Got an nice community area and kitchen. Very nice owner. Loved the stay, loved the work. Just call Julie. Very cheap.

The layout in the shared cooking and relaxing space fosters a community atmosphere that is rare in a campsite of this size, especially with such excellent facilities. Very impressive.

Love this place! Owners are amazing and very generous.

Very chill vibes, not modern but everything you need. Areas could obviously do with a revamp and a clean, but one of the rare places that lets you shower and do your laundry for FREE which was absolutely amazing. Probably more of a one night stop over, with a few permanent residents- but was nice to spend the afternoon chilling and do some well needed clothes washing and showering. Owner is really relaxed and lovely, and i’d rather pay less here than a DOC site!!

Such a gem of a camping, call Julie when you get there to check-in and enjoy all facilities for free (showers, laundry, kitchen). I was on my own and stayed the whole day as it was non-stop raining but I'm sure the place is much more lovely under the sun. Julie didn't even charge me for my one-night stay, she's the nicest.

A very nice and cozy campsite. The people were very friendly. With free hot showers and free laundry. It was pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. We would definitely come back.

Julie is lovely, relaxed and runs a simple non-fuss campground with free hot showers, washing machines and dryer. Great kitchen facilities as well. Love this place !!!❤️

It was a nice stay at this small campground on the way to Abel Tasman. There is everything you need (free laundry, free shower, well equipped kitchen) the installation are quite old but fonctional. The owner was helpful and accommodating. This is good service for the price
