There really isn’t much to add to what’s already been said. Everything needed is on site and the owners are lovely people. Wish I could stay much longer

Jenny and Steve were amazing hosts and the amenities were immaculate. As others have said, the toiles and showers are all in single rooms so there is a lot more privacy than normal holiday parks. They also have a fire pit in the middle of the campsite as well as a free grill. Definitely a gem of a find to camp near Taupo.

Just must stay at Coddiwomple! The hosts are really kind and make you feel at home. The bath- and toiletfacilities are hotel-standard, with each toilet and bath in a single room. Coddiwomple is beautifully situated with a nice view, and a fantastic sunset at the top of the goat-walk. Each spot for a campervan is shielded naturally as the hosts has build shields with earth. Two nice shadow spots are also on site; a fireplace and a spot under a huge tree with bench and table. Simply the best!

Immaculate campsite. Steve and jenny have really put there effort and time to make it as comfortable or enjoyable for the visitors. Modern toilets and showers, great bbq area and a wonderful fire pit and sitting place in the middle of the site. And yeah the goat track up the hill is just cherry on top. Nice walk up the hill to a beautiful view and the kids will enjoy there time with the friendly goats. Highly recommended for a peaceful and modern farm stay.🐐

Great campsite! Owners are lovely and friendly. They have really thought about what is helpful for campers, including details like the how the bathroom is laid out and the service area for refilling water/emptying grey water. The walk up the hill has great views and the goats are fun

Fantastic amenties. Power, black and grey dump stations, firepit, BBQ and bench area, GREAT showers and toilets. Has a kitchen with some supplies, and a small laundry area. Owner is very nice and accommodating, he said it was OK go go up the hill to see the goats (just shut the gate!). Smaller camp area so you wont have 30 neighbors, which I personally enjoyed. No complaints at all, a MUST STAY if you're in the area and need to stop for the night.

Absolutely loved Coddiwomple. Lovely seashell layout, secure gate to enter was easy. Parked up just in time to run up the hill with a beer to watch a gorgeous sunset with the goats. Really clean luxurious facilities, best I’ve ever seen. Great laundry facilities, and loved the fire pit. Road noise wasn’t an issue as we have the sense to travel with earplugs.

The owners are super nice and accomodating! The facilities are great - the shower is amazing!!!! Theres a lovely walk to the top of the hill and some very friendly goats! Was a great place to stay for one night and would definitely stay there again!

We love this motor camp. It is small, clear, conveniently furnished and very lovingly guided. The hosts are warm and welcome the people.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Taupo. Easy to get to and a nice selection of large camping spaces. Facilities are really nice and perfect for refreshing yourself and your camper! Highlight for us was the view of the sunset from the top of the hill just above the campsite and obviously the goats too 🐐. The owners were really nice and friendly, Steve even puts on the fire pit each night and will happily chat to you if you go. Would highly recommend 5⭐️.
