Clean, quiet place , hot showers , $20 a night per person , plus $5 unlimited internet per night.would stay again . No phone signal

We loved staying here! The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely clean. There are washers that take a $2+$1 coin for a wash. The beach is a nice walk away (with some incline). The views on the road between here and Raglan are amazing.

A fantastic campsite! A family atmosphere with clean and well-maintained facilities. No cell service within the campsite. The beach is a 15-minute walk away! Paid Wi-Fi - $5/24h. Washing machine $3. I highly recommend it for a peaceful nature getaway.

Very lovely hidden spot with a beautiful dramatic coast nearby. Hot showers, kitchen, laundry, toilets. Rubbish has to be recycled or taken with you. There was no signal with One NZ.

Such a cute campground. The host was really welcoming. Just a 20min walk to the most stunning black beach. With a nice spot to watch the sunset. There is a kitchen, toilets/showers and laundry room.

Fantastic campsite! The host is extremely kind and welcoming. The campsite and facilities are extremely well-maintained. It's possible to see a magnificent sunset on the black sand beach from this campsite. You'll have to navigate some areas with power lines, but supports have been installed to make crossing easier. Alternatively, you can stop along the way or not; the sunset will still be magnificent.

This place was so good we extended our stay! Really clean facilities! It’s only 5km of gravel road down to the site. Definitely check out the black sand beach beside it. It’s 100% worth the trek. It actually gets busier than you’d think.

What a beautiful spot for camping! We totally loved this hidden spot! You need to drive 15km (will take +30minutes) a gravel road that is not in a perfect condition. This road is not suitable for large camping cars and would not recommend driving it when dark or wet. The motorcamp has water toilets, bbq, kitchen and warm shower. There is also a beautiful walking road the the beach. Take care of this place so that we will not loose it :) no phone signal.

Difficult to access - 15 km from Gravel road coming from Raglan but the detour is worth it, it's a little corner of paradise. You will find an equipped kitchen, fridges available and clean toilets. Direct access to the beach by walking about ten minutes.

Camped here for one night. Nice site, not far from a lovely beach you can reach through the fields. Ashley was extremely friendly and helpful when I turned up and explained everything to me. Gravel road to the site but not too bad to get to. All the facilities you would need, good hot showers and kitchen space (take own utensils) decent WiFi available. Good quiet area, Would stay again 😌
