Really great facilities, only two campsites so not crowded. No washing machine in the laundry, only coin operated dryer but the owner was lovely and did a load of washing for me only $4. However the mosquitoes were relentless overnight. They filled up the van and hovered around the doors. The people in the van next to me had the same problem. Not sure if it’s just the weather we had but be prepared!!
It was a great stopover with the camper for such a low amount. They had a hot shower, great kitchen. There was even a zucchini out of their garden for us to eat. And the kids loved the farm animals!
Lovely rural spot. Friendly host. Clean facilities Perfect one night stop on way along West Coast.
It was easy to book and has a convenient location & cool style but the place is not clean. It looks abandoned. I can’t even describe how dirty especially the bathroom was. LOTS of dead bugs, cobwebs, dust, mould around the shower. $30pp for 1 night is insane! Only 1 shower and 1 toilet available for the whole place (cabins/campsites), kitchen is well equipped but small though - I was lucky it was just me plus 2 others. Beautiful place surrounded by a deep forest but a big no for me.
The re used above are spot on. Kitchen is dated but well equipped. . Not much else nearby . Loved the animals
I had a great time camping at the motel. The lady was really friendly. The kitchen and bathroom might be a bit old school, yes, but they were clean. No cell phone reception, but great WIFI. I guess in high season the facilities would get quite crowded, but now in April it was just fine.
Nice and cosy little place with a few cabins and two powered sites, and probably space for another camper or two. It was not busy in mid/late a November, but still best to give the nice owners a call to make sure there is space. The number is +64 3 751 0898 There was no reception but decent WiFi. The facilities (kitchen, toilet, shower) are good but a tiny bit dated.
Friendly owners. We had a powered campervan site (there are 2). No phone reception but wifi worked well. The facilities are simple but effective: everything you need for a nice overnight stay.
Friendly host. Mostly cabins. 2 powered sites. Quiet, comfy, little kitchen and one toilet and shower, multisex. Coming from Fox caravan entrance is second driveway a bit tight but plenty of room inside to move around to get into site and we are 25ft. Little bush walkway to office. Loads of sandflies but its the Westcoast! Great spot for over night stay.
Small, peaceful place with very friendly owners. Nice hot showers and a kitchen that even has an oven/TV. Really enjoyed our stay.
