Avoid if it’s windy, impossible to stay there

Easy to find just off the road, space enough for plenty of vans and tents. We spent the night in a swag and didn’t find it too hot, nice breeze and great view

Easy to find even google maps has it now . Next to a live firing range . Australia army i assume . Just dont go next to the fence . ;)Had a few caravans with me was all good . Good 5g wifi telstra . A bit windy but can hide in the bushes . Amazing sunset sunrise .

Place with nothing but a large parking, so you can park easily. This is gravel, but ok for all vehicles. We’ve got lot of campers our night, felt safe. Data signal ok

Ee found the peace and quiet we needed and stayed longer to enjoy the clean airof Port Augusta. loved the views.

We liked the place a lot but definitely lock yourself in at night. Someone was skulking around our camper in the dark and we would not have felt safe in a tent. Very windy but the sunrise was spectacular. No water or toilets.

Great little spot. Sealed road all the way and not many flies. Very quiet off the main hwy.

Amazing spot! Far enough from the road and lots of spaces to be a bit shaded from other people, wind or sunlight! No facilities.

About 10 campers here tonight, quite exposed to the elements wouldn’t be suitable for a basic tent set up in medium/high winds. Perfect for a quiet night in a vehicle or trailer set up. Feels safe for solo travelers also.
