A nice spot for spending one night close to the city. It says max 10 cars but last night there were 15 at least, and some others outside the designated area, and no one has come to fine them. It’s next to a big field that you can take a walk in, and its filled with ducks, chickens and roosters. There are bathrooms really close (not the leisure centre ones) and they are ok. The only thing its that the parking fills up quickly, we got here around 15-16 and it was almost full. Would recommend.
Great spot, especially fresh out of the airport. Super peaceful, toilets and dishwasher station are clean, but closed during the night. We arrived at around 8pm, the 9th van to park. Sign says 10 per night, but more showed up later and left earlier. Lots of beautiful birds and an area for walking.
ATTENTION! They have changed the rules. You are allowed to stay just ONE NIGHT in a two week period. Also have to vacate by 9 am (we had rangers — nicely — sending us out). Toilets closed around 10 pm. But everything else was fine :)
Toilets seemed to be open all night, working water fountain, next to a sport centre for showers. We arrived on a Friday at 5pm and the car park was FULL within half an hour of people bringing their kids to play rugby. Not an issue as they were all gone by 8pm but hard for other campers arriving to find a spot between those times. Car park lights were white bright. But overall a quiet nights sleep with no issues.
The campsite itself is nothing special. Just a parking lot. Toilets are available. Unfortunately, there were other campers who were loud and played music until late into the night and left their food scraps in the parking lot (typical French). Also, there are roosters roaming around that wake you up early in the morning.
We pulled up at 6pm. Nice and quiet spot. Toilet cleanliness - average Sink water - good Dish washing area - poor Saw that communal showers were also available.
Quite a lot of space but they fill up pretty quick (I reckon some people just live there), I parked in unmarked spaces and I didn't have any issues. Bathrooms close at night so people go in the bushes. Cocks will wake you up pretty early but it's quite vibes. Safe area allround and not a bad place to stay in the city.
Nice place, 10 spots, but really everyone park double + out of designated area. Shower in the gym was warmish, not hot, but still good. Toilets clean, nice playground.
Good freecamp with a lot of people, just a few blue spots to be able to sleep in order. Nearby shower, and paying shower at the gym for $5. A little traffic early in the morning
Arrived at 4:30pm to one of the last campervan allocated spaces (probably about 15-20 in total) but several campers came later and parked in the non allocated spaces and seemed to be fine. We left at 9ish and had no problem. Facilities were fine, no shower, two toilets each gender (get locked at 8-8:30pm) and a dishwasher area. Nice, well kept park. Several birds, and chickens do wake you up at 6am.
