I really don't know why there aren't more reviews on this site - it's absolutely lovely. The site itself was a little busy but there was still plenty of space when I arrived. Very quiet, excellent access for water sports or just a stroll on the beach. There's a really lovely walk around the peninsula which at sunset is just magical - the lupins are starting to bloom so in a couple of weeks it will be bursting with colour. Good phone reception (spark) would definitely come back.

Just perfect!! Only 7 minutes drive from the last camp in town, which is only for 4 cars and was full. This one is large, very peaceful, right by the sea, beautiful walk around the sandpit, clean toilets, outdoor shower (cold water only) by the beach. I would be careful about swimming in the sea though. There are dangerous stingrays (despite beautifully graceful species) and also rip currents. So stay close to the shore. I’d recommend camping here for sure!!

Very large free camping area. On the beach. Quiet. Nearby toilets open all the time. Instead, plan for mosquitoes because there are plenty of them.
