Good experience overall. Paid about 60 dollars for two ppl in unpowered site. Kitchen and toilets clean. At this time of the year it was not very crowded. Very good hot shower with no limit in time included in the price.

Great campsite right in the heart of Rotorua, clean toilets and showers, spacious kitchen and free mineral pools. You can hear the cars from the road a bit. Highly recommended!

A lovely camp side, close to the city center! The infrastructure and facilities were very nice, clean, the staff helpful and forthcoming. We wished to stay longer, but our travel plans had us on the move.

A very nice campsite, showers and toilets are very clean, there are three swimming pools, including one at 27 degrees and two hot tubs at 36 and 40 degrees, perfect for relaxing and meeting other campers. The town, with its many restaurants, is about a 20-minute walk away. There's also a large bouncy castle and a playground for children.

Nice place, clean showers and bathrooms, friendly staff and plenty of people working in the park keeping it maintained Only drawback is the town itself, which was overpowering smelly due to the sulphur

When we arrived around 8pm we found an envelope with info and a code to open the entry barrier. The code didn't work, neither did any of the emergency numbers or buttons outside reception, and we waited for >1h without any support or possibility to enter. Then a park employee suddenly showed up, said the codes indeed don't always work, gave us another, and left. Neither she nor the reception employee we told about this the next morning offered us a proper apology or compensation for this ordeal.

We booked for the night of December 24th to 25th, and it's a really great campsite, so we decided to extend our stay by one night. The campsite is very clean, with three lovely swimming pools and plenty of games for children. We received a very warm welcome. On the morning of the 25th, they even gave ice cream and gifts to the children. I highly recommend this campsite! 🫶🏻

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. its a premium price, but the facility got everything you need. we used the laundry facilities, the playground, the thermal pools and the jumppad. also cooking in the kitchen worked just great. the toilet and showers were clean, although you could see the frequent usage. a plus is also the dump station where we emptied our tank and refilled the water tank.
