Nice simple and little place near lake Tekapo and Mount Cook. Very friendly host and well maintained bathroom facilities. Nice view of stars at night.
It's winter and I need to plug in my van for heat. I was the only one at the campground. The owners were lovely to me. The restrooms and kitchen were very clean! The campground is small and rustic. I paid $30 a night, including hookup, which is affordable in this area near the very expensive and touristy Lake Tekapo. There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work very well. Other than that, I highly recommend it!
Very cute, but small campsite :) 4 pitches for campervans, tents and cars. Small kitchen, one toilet and one shower. No road noise :)
There are especially cute camels and sheep! although we lived in the recharge camp a bit away from the facility, but the road is very beautiful garden, the bathroom is also good~
Wonderful, quiet place with a very nice owner. Toilets clean. Places powered site with views of lamas that can be fed :) We warmly recommend!
Lovely, quiet little campsite surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended!
If you find this wonderful campsite and cabin accomodation booked out , then you have missed a real treat. Definitely worth staying. We paid $50 for two in small van using power & with flexible check out which we appreciated to enable us catch up with work+ use washer & dryer; advice from Jackie to use commercial dryer in town was sensible if you are short on time. Other’s previous comments are accurate re friendly, clean, well maintained & organised, & full credit and thx to Murray & Jackie
This place is paradise! Surrounded by plants and alpacas. Owners are very friendly and the facilities are spotless!
We stayed two nights in our campervan, and the place is fantastic—peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Each pitch has its own little green space, some even with a private picnic table. The location is beautiful, and the facilities are spotless! It's the perfect place to relax surrounded by cows and alpacas! I recommend it 1000%!
Very friendly staff and nice toilet and shower. The camp spots offer a bit of privacy and the grounds are very well looked after! We would definitely come stay again Also very fun to feed the alpacas
