Meh ? for some reason I expected more. But yeah black beach with such an amazing blue ocean. But be careful some parts of the beach is broken glass.

Beautiful spot to stop for a few hours. Black pebbled beach with white sand bordering the water, view of Napier, plenty of shells to hunt for... And the best thing - the beach comes with the most friendly dog in the world. "Rocket" :)

Great spot for a overnight if you're self contained

Beautiful beach for a lunch break. There are steps at the northern end of the rocks. There you have a great view over the sea and kann see until Napier.
