It’s a pretty decent campsite close to the river and with all that you can wait in there. First night we stayed in a cabin (too many days in the campervan bed😅), we arrived late but they were very nice and we could stay in the cabin, next day we rented a campsite…Our van got stuck in the mud (they already warned us, my bad) and they did their best effort until we were free 😊 So, 10/10 to the staff, and we loved the river. Thank you and see you again!!😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Nice staff, clean kitchen and bathroom but out of three nights i only got warm water once. Otherwise ice cold:/ Got a site going downhill so that sukced a bit given i slept in my car:/ Otherwise has a few utensils in the kitchen so nice for that
Location directly on the road, sanitary facilities and kitchen greasy and unkempt, parking spaces OK.
The price isn't too bad but super dirty facilities. Half the showers and washing machines are put of use. Half of the toilets don't have any toilet roll. Doesn't look the bathrooms have been seen to in weeks.
--No toilet paper in 3 male toilets at 8:00 this morning. --Door latch at 1 shower cubicle is broken. --1 out of 2 hot water jugs in public kitchen was not working. --Laundry machines covered with layer of dust and stains. Looking at manager (or owner) you understand why - overgrown hippy. Camp is in the wrong hands.. Settings are good though - numerous palm-trees and a volcanic-bed riverside give a holiday feel.
Lovely site, free hot showers, clean camp kitchen, and a spot for a dip in the river
A lovely site with super friendly personnel. Facilities are old but Clean. Free warm showers as long as you want.
We got a very nice site right on the river, wich was very nice. Toilets and showers could be maintained better. Shower was cold.
We were so disappointed with this site. Hugely overpriced. Pitches were uneven, toilets and showers really dirty. Although claiming to be “pet friendly” the management did nothing about a poor dog left tied up all night and all morning alone on a pitch. This also meant we got barely any sleep as this dog barked and howled all night. There’s a nice bbq/picnic area and big kitchen and that’s the only positive we can say about it sadly.
We liked this camping! We paid for 2 persons for an unpowered spot. The facilities are dated but they are clean! It has a pool, bbqs and a pizza oven. We had a calm night here.
