Charging for showers? Really?
Lovely quiet location. Some pwd spots nicer than others and with shade. Showers ($1) and toilets very clean. Stayed 2 nights.
Loved our night here. Helpful and chatty at reception. Had a large, flat, water side pitch. Even though it rained, can't fault the views! Toilets clean and plentiful. Pay $1 for hot shower if you choose. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the area, we walked along the beaches in the morning, others did a cliff top walk. Families enjoyed the playground and calm waters of the estuary.
The minimum price is $54!
Had a very unpleasant encounter at reception so did not stay.
Nice place right at the beach, the facilities were clean. Kind of expensive though, when considering that showers kost extra...
Camped here for one night. Staff helpful and friendly. Site situated on a lovely beach with wonderful walks around the corner. Short drive from a lovely village/town with good amenities. Good laundry station. Kitchen facilities good if you bring your own pots/pans. Do have to pay for the showers but they are worth it. Wi-Fi is excellent. Toilets are very modern and clean. Lovely stay, very fair price for what you have access to. Would stay again!
Nice place to stay, clean facilities, friendly staff and beautiful location! Nevertheless would be great if they’d offer free showers!
After being a bit concerned about the reviews others said about management I was apprehensive about booking but found everyone to be so lovely and helpful! Showers and toilets are well maintained and it was truly a lovely time by the water. Would recommend!
Well maintained, large pitches. $25 unpowered 1 person, friendly staff. No need for wrist band (must be school holidays only?). Great location, quiet at night. Kitchen; 2 large fridges, hot water urn, hobs. Bring your own pots/ pans etc. clean toilets & showers ($1 for latter). Codes required to get into toilet /shower block - I assume to stop non-campers from using them given the beachfront location. There are some signs saying ‘no’ but they’re sensible and not a problem. Would stay again.
